Antique Himalayan carnelian bead. Very minimal surface fissures are present and the patina further indicates age. These were actually obtained through trade with another collector who maintained they are Tibetan in origin but we are unable to personally verify that beyond being from the Himalayan regions in general.

Measurements: 23mm x 14mm

The hole is somewhat difficult to measure with accuracy as it varies on either side because of the antique drilling methods used to make the hole. Something under 1mm could fit through it with ease.
